You don’t have to be “crazy” to talk to a mental health professional (but if you think you are “crazy,” that’s okay, too.)

In fact, think of it as similar to other things you might do in your life to make it better, like seeing a doctor when you’re ill, consulting a financial expert to make future plans, or seeking education from a teacher.

Many people find that talking to a helping professional offers different outcome possibilities.

It makes sense to seek professional assistance if you feel any of the below in regards to your jealousy:

  • Dissatisfied with relationships
  • Generally more unhappy than happy
  • Worried that you cannot control your jealousy
  • Afraid of your jealousy and the things it makes you do

We’ll talk about the different kinds of helping professionals on “Therapy for Jealousy.”
